What is HyperGH 14x?

HyperGH 14x is sold by Leading Edge Health, the company behind GenF20 Plus. The official site (checked 27 September 2026) calls it an HGH releaser for bodybuilding. It says the formula uses natural “HGH precursors” to encourage your pituitary gland to release more of its own growth hormone, rather than supplying HGH.

The site and label promise faster recovery, more muscle and less body fat. The label says “Bypass genetics to enjoy massive gains in lean muscle.” These are the manufacturer’s claims, and the sections below test them against the evidence we checked.

Does HyperGH 14x contain HGH?

No. Prescription HGH (somatropin) is injected under the skin (MedlinePlus). Protein and peptide medicines face acid, enzymes and poor absorption in the gut, which is why they are hard to give by mouth (Chavda and Balar, 2025). The official HyperGH 14x label

We searched the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database (DSLD), which records supplement labels. It holds one HyperGH 14x label from Leading Edge Health, entered on 25 September 2025 and marked as on the market. The label covers a bottle of 120 tablets. The serving is 2 tablets, taken once or twice a day.

The directions say 2 tablets in the morning, 15 minutes before a workout, and 2 before bed. At four tablets a day, a bottle lasts 30 days.

Other ingredients include dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, sodium alginate, food glaze, acetylated monoglycerides and polysorbate 80. The label names Leading Edge Health in Elizabethton, Tennessee, as distributor.

Where the label and the website differ

The formulation page lists 15 ingredients with the same amounts as most of the label. There are three differences:

• The website lists astragalus root extract 240 mg. The label lists ashwagandha 240 mg instead.
• The label adds L-isoleucine 160 mg, which the website’s tablet list does not include.
• Pituitary powder is 120 mg on the website and 125 mg on the label.

The official pages also disagree with each other. The home page describes “oral tablets” with “930 MG Total Per Day.” The formulation page describes “two capsules twice per day” with “4,040 MG Total Per Day.” The label amounts add up to about 4,045 mg per 2-tablet serving, so the 4,040 mg figure looks closer to one serving than one day. We could not confirm which version is current. Check the label on the bottle you receive, and ask the manufacturer if it differs.

HyperGH 14x tablets and spray explained

The home page calls HyperGH 14x a “Double Advantage Delivery System”: the tablets, plus an enteric coating. The site says this coating protects ingredients from stomach acid and gives absorption percentages for it. We found no independent test of this product’s coating, so we have not repeated those figures.

The formulation page also describes a HyperGH 14x Oral Spray, taken as three sprays twice a day. It lists alpha-GPC, GABA, mucuna pruriens seed extract, moomiyo extract, ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate and several amino acids, but gives no amounts. The DSLD label covers the tablets only. The order page lists packages by months of supply and does not say whether a spray is included. If you want the spray, confirm it is in your package before you pay.

Does HyperGH 14x work?

We found no published clinical trial of HyperGH 14x, and the official site does not link to one. Its “Medical Proof” page lists studies of HGH injections and of growth hormone in general, such as injected HGH in men over 60. Those studies tested prescription hormone, not this supplement, so they cannot show what HyperGH 14x does.

HyperGH 14x doses vs the research

This table compares the main amino acids per label serving with the doses used in the studies we read. None of these studies tested HyperGH 14x.

Two points stand out. First, the HyperGH 14x amounts are a fraction of the doses that raised growth hormone in these studies, even at two servings a day. Second, the study closest to real use, commercial amino acid products in bodybuilders, found no consistent effect.

A review of amino acids as growth hormone releasers in athletes reached a blunt conclusion. Oral doses large enough to release growth hormone are likely to cause stomach discomfort and diarrhea. The authors found no well-conducted studies showing that pre-workout amino acids build more muscle or strength than training alone, and did not recommend the practice (Chromiak and Antonio, 2002).

Does a growth hormone rise build muscle?

Not on its own. A short spike after a dose is not the same as more muscle. A systematic review of prescription HGH in fit young adults found more lean body mass, but strength and exercise capacity did not seem to improve, and side effects such as fluid retention were more common (Liu et al., 2008). A supplement that may nudge growth hormone for an hour or two cannot be assumed to do more than the hormone itself.

Do HGH supplements work in general?

Most “HGH supplement” products sold without a prescription are releasers like HyperGH 14x. They contain no HGH and rely on amino acids, herbs or animal extracts. Dietary supplements are not FDA approved to treat or prevent disease (FDA). Be wary of any product that claims to contain real HGH in a pill or spray. The HyperGH 14x FAQ makes the same point.

HyperGH 14x reviews and Reddit: how to read them

We don’t reproduce customer reviews, bodybuilding forum posts or Reddit threads, because we can’t verify who wrote them, what else changed in their training or diet, or whether they were paid. Positive and negative stories are both weak evidence. A useful test: does the post describe a measured change, such as blood work or a tracked lift, and does it mention diet or training changes made at the same time? Without a controlled trial, individual reports can’t separate the supplement from everything else.

HyperGH 14x before and after photos

We have no verified before-and-after data for HyperGH 14x and don’t publish customer photos. Lighting, pump, tan, water, posture and camera angle all change how a physique looks, and people often change diet or training at the same time. The manufacturer’s FAQ says some customers report results within six weeks and recommends six months of use. Those are its statements, not trial results.

HyperGH 14x side effects and safety

No published safety data exists for HyperGH 14x as a finished product, so we can’t say how common side effects are. The manufacturer’s FAQ says there are “no customer-reported side effects” but also that it “can’t guarantee HyperGH 14x will be safe for you.” It says there are no known drug interactions and advises seeing a doctor if you take medication.

In the arginine study, a 13 g dose caused stomach upset in most subjects (Collier et al., 2005). HyperGH 14x lists far less. Each serving also contains 400 mcg of chromium, 333% of the Daily Value. Stop taking it and get medical advice if you notice any reaction.

Who should avoid HyperGH 14x

Speak to a doctor or pharmacist first, or avoid it, if you:

• are under 18. The DSLD record lists the target group as adults aged 18 to 50.
• are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding. The manufacturer’s FAQ also asks women in this group not to use it.
• have diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease, heart disease, cancer or a hormone-related condition
• take prescription medicines
• think you have growth hormone deficiency. That needs medical testing and treatment, not a supplement.
• have a dairy allergy. The formula includes bovine colostrum.
• avoid animal-derived ingredients. The formula includes deer antler velvet, colostrum and pituitary powder.

Drug-tested athletes: the IGF-1 issue

This is the main reason competitive athletes should be careful. The formulation page itself says deer antler velvet and colostrum contain IGF-1. The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency says both “can contain detectable quantities of IGF-1,” which is on the WADA Prohibited List, and that there is no guarantee oral products will not cause a positive test.

The US military’s Operation Supplement Safety says deer antler velvet itself is not prohibited for service members. It adds that without lab testing there is no way to know whether a product contains IGF-1, which is on the DoD prohibited list. If you are tested, ask your anti-doping body before use. USADA advises using only products certified by an independent third party. We found no such certification for HyperGH 14x.

The page shows a crossed-out price of $79.95 per bottle. It lists free shipping on continental US orders and says free US shipping applies only to the lower 48 states. The FAQ says six-box orders get free express shipping in the US. Prices and offers change, so check the official site before you order.

The 67-day money-back guarantee

The official guarantee page (checked 27 September 2026) says:

• Try the product for 60 days (two boxes). If you’re not satisfied, return the two empty boxes within 67 days of delivery for a refund excluding shipping charges.
• Unopened boxes returned with the first two opened boxes are also eligible.
• Returns must reach the warehouse within 67 days of delivery, with no exceptions.
• Refunds are limited to one order per customer.

The FAQ repeats the terms but gives 60 days for returning the empty boxes, so work to the shorter deadline. We have not tested a refund.

The order page describes HyperGH 14x as sold “Direct From Manufacturer,” and the guarantee terms are published for orders placed there. To buy it, go to the official HyperGH 14x website, choose a package and check what it includes. The FAQ says orders ship in a plain package and that card charges appear as “leadingedgehealth.com” or “www.leminternet.com.”

Is HyperGH 14x for sale on Amazon or in stores?

We did not verify listings on Amazon, eBay or other third-party sites. We can’t say whether those sellers are authorized, whether the stock is genuine and in date, or whether the guarantee covers it. The official site is the only source where we could confirm the price and guarantee terms.

HyperGH 14x lists roughly four times the amino acid amounts of GenF20 Plus, but both remain far below the research doses above. Who HyperGH 14x may suit

HyperGH 14x may interest healthy adults who train, are not drug tested, are comfortable with animal-derived ingredients and understand that no trial supports the product. HyperGH 14x is a bodybuilding HGH releaser from a manufacturer that publishes its ingredient amounts, prices and guarantee, and its tablet label is on file with the NIH. It contains no HGH. We found no published trial, and its “medical proof” relies on studies of injected hormone. Its main amino acids are listed at a fraction of the doses that raised growth hormone in research. The website and label disagree on some ingredients and totals, and drug-tested athletes face an IGF-1 risk.
