How we review
Mens Fitness reviews are written by our editorial team from the manufacturer's own published information and independent research. This page explains exactly what we check, where our facts come from, and how we make money.
Our review process
1. Identify who makes it
We name the company behind each product and its registered address exactly as the manufacturer publishes them on its official website, with the date we checked. If we cannot confirm the company, we say so instead of guessing.
2. Take product facts from the source
Ingredients, doses, manufacturing statements, guarantees and purchase terms come from the official product website and label, and we attribute them to the manufacturer.
3. Check the evidence separately
We look for peer-reviewed research on the key ingredients and cite it. Ingredient research is not a trial of the finished product, and we make that distinction clear.
4. Label what we cannot verify
Certifications, facility claims, test results or outcomes we could not match to a document are marked as unverified or UNKNOWN. We do not infer them.
5. Show limits and alternatives
Each review covers who a product may suit, who should avoid it, and what to discuss with a doctor, not just the reasons to buy.
6. Keep it current
Every review shows the date it was last updated. When a manufacturer changes a formula, price or guarantee, we update the review.
Rules we follow
- No star ratings or scores unless we can publish the method behind them.
- No customer testimonials unless we have their source and permission.
- No claim that a supplement is "FDA approved". The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before sale.
- Nothing on this site is medical advice. Speak to a doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you take medication.
